30 Meaning of suitable person
(1)
In this Act:
suitable person, to be a registered veterinary practitioner, means a person who the board is satisfied is a suitable person to be registered as a veterinary practitioner.
(2)
In deciding whether a person is a suitable person to be a registered veterinary practitioner, the board must consider the suitability information about the person.
