35 Application of Act to veterinary practitioners with deemed registration
(1)
A person who has deemed registration is taken to be a registered veterinary practitioner for this Act and any other territory law.
(2)
However, part 3 (Registration of veterinary practitioners) does not apply to a person who has deemed registration.
(3)
A reference in this Act to the suspension or cancellation of a veterinary practitioner’s registration is, for a person who has deemed registration, taken to be a reference to the suspension or cancellation of the person’s deemed registration.
