79 Annual registration fee
(1)
The registration holder of registered veterinary premises must pay an annual registration fee to the board for each financial year, or part of a financial year, in which the registration is in force.
(2)
The annual registration fee is payable in relation to registered veterinary premises even if the registration of the premises is suspended.
(3)
The registration holder must pay the annual registration fee to the board before the start of the financial year to which the fee relates.
(4)
The board may cancel the registration if the annual registration fee is not paid.
