90 Veterinary practitioners board—establishment
(1)
The ACT Veterinary Practitioners Board (the board) is established.
(2)
The board—
(a)
is a body corporate; and
(b)
must have a seal; and
(c)
may sue and be sued, and hold property, in its corporate name.
