120 Functions of chair and deputy chair
(1)
The chair has the following functions:
(a)
to lead and direct the work of the board;
(b)
to ensure the board exercises its functions appropriately;
(c)
any other function given to the chair under this Act or another territory law.
(2)
The deputy chair has the following functions:
(a)
to act as the chair—
(i)
during a vacancy in the office of the chair; and
(ii)
during all periods when the chair is absent from duty or cannot exercise the functions of the chair for any other reason;
(b)
any other function given to the deputy chair under this Act or another territory law.
