129 Board members and people assisting board
(1)
A relevant person is not civilly liable for conduct engaged in honestly and without recklessness—
(a)
in the exercise of a function of the board under this Act or another territory law; or
(b)
in the reasonable belief that the conduct was in the exercise of a function of the board under this Act or another territory law.
(2)
Any liability that would, apart from this section, attach to the relevant person attaches instead to the Territory.
(3)
In this section:
relevant person means—
(a)
a member of the board; or
(b)
a person assisting the board to exercise its functions.
