134 Definitions—pt 10
In this part:
affected person, for a reviewable decision, means—
the individual about whom the reviewable decision was made; or
any other person who has a sufficient and genuine interest in the rights of the individual mentioned in paragraph (a) in relation to voluntary assisted dying.
decision‑maker, for a reviewable decision, means the person mentioned in schedule 1, column 4 in relation to the decision.
registrar—see the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008, dictionary.
reviewable decision means a decision mentioned in schedule 1, column 3 under a provision of this Act mentioned in column 2 in relation to the decision.
