149 Coordinating practitioner must give copy of ACAT decision to board

(1)

This section applies if—

(a)

the ACAT makes a final order in relation to the application for review (including any appeal); and

(b)

the registrar gives the individual’s coordinating practitioner a copy of the final order.

(2)

Within 4 business days after the day the registrar gives the coordinating practitioner a copy of the final order, the coordinating practitioner must give the board a copy of the order.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

(3)

An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
