18 Notifying individual and board about outcome of first assessment
Within 4 business days after the day the coordinating practitioner makes their decision on the first assessment, the coordinating practitioner must—
prepare a written report of the first assessment (a first assessment report) that includes—
the coordinating practitioner’s decision in relation to the first assessment; and
any other information prescribed by regulation; and
give the board a copy of the first assessment report; and
tell the individual about their decision and give the individual a copy of the first assessment report.
Maximum penalty (paragraph (b)): 20 penalty units.
The coordinating practitioner may attach a copy of any document relevant to their decision to the first assessment report.
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
