37 Requirements for policy—Act, s 108 (1) (b)
(1)
The following requirements are prescribed:
(a)
the policy must include the contact details for the approved care navigator service;
(b)
the policy must state whether the operator of the facility provides residents of the facility with access to a relevant service;
(c)
the policy must include a statement about the effect of the Act, section 109 (Facility operator must not withdraw or refuse to provide care service).
(2)
In this section:
relevant service—see the Act, section 102 (2).
