Form of licence

In force

(1)

A licence must—

(a)

be in writing; and

(b)

include the following information:

(i)

the name of the licensee;

(ii)

a unique identifying number;

(iii)

the term of the licence;

(iv)

the conditions on the licence;

(v)

any other information prescribed by regulation.

(2)

A licence may include any other information the waste manager considers relevant.
