18 Definitions—pt 4
In this part:
connected—a thing is connected with an offence if—
(a)
the offence has been committed in relation to it; or
(b)
it will provide evidence of the commission of the offence; or
(c)
it was used, or is intended to be used, to commit the offence.
occupier, of premises, includes—
(a)
a person reasonably believed to be an occupier of the premises; and
(b)
a person apparently in charge of the premises.
offence includes an offence that there are reasonable grounds for believing is being, has been or will be committed.
reasonably believes means has reasonable grounds for believing.
