7 References to Commonwealth Acts
In this Act, a reference to a Commonwealth Act includes a reference to—
(a)
the Commonwealth Act, as in force from time to time; and
(b)
if another Act is substituted for the Commonwealth Act—the substituted Act, as in force from time to time.
