18 Amounts of water reasonable for uses
(1)
The Minister may determine guidelines for working out the amounts of water that are reasonable amounts for particular uses.
Note Decisions about granting water access entitlements and issuing licences to take water require consideration of what are reasonable amounts for intended uses (see s 21 (2) (a) (ii) and s 30 (2) (c)).
(2)
A determination is a disallowable instrument.
