37 Bore work licence—requirement
(1)
A person who is the owner or occupier of land must not allow bore work to be done on the land if the person does not have a bore work licence for the bore work.
(2)
This section does not apply to bore work that is exempt from the requirement for a bore work licence under a regulation.
