48 Recharge licence—application
(1)
A person may apply to the authority for a recharge licence.
(2)
The authority may, by written notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the authority additional information or documents the authority reasonably needs to decide the application.
(3)
If the applicant does not comply with a requirement under subsection (2), the authority may refuse to consider the application further.
