Disciplinary action

In force

Each of the following is disciplinary action when taken against a person who is the holder of a water access entitlement, surviving allocation or licence:

(a)

reprimanding the person;

(b)

for a driller’s licence—requiring the person to complete a stated course of training to the satisfaction of the authority or another stated person;

(c)

amending the entitlement, allocation or licence, including by imposing a condition on it or amending any of its conditions;

(d)

suspending the entitlement, allocation or licence—

(i)

for a stated period; or

(ii)

until a stated event happens;

(e)

cancelling the entitlement, allocation or licence;

(f)

cancelling the entitlement, allocation or licence and disqualifying the person from applying for an entitlement or licence—

(i)

for a stated period; or

(ii)

until a stated event happens.
