16D Hearing of application for order
In considering an application for an order under section 16A (Court may authorise will to be made, altered or revoked for person without testamentary capacity), the Supreme Court—
(a)
may have regard to any information given to the court under section 16B (Information required in support of application for leave); and
(b)
may inform itself of any other matter in any manner it sees fit; and
(c)
is not bound by the rules of evidence.
