A person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that general diving work is carried out in accordance with the dive plan prepared for it.
Maximum penalty: tier E monetary penalty.
Note Strict liability applies to each physical element of each offence under this regulation, unless otherwise stated (see s 6A).
A person conducting a business or undertaking must ensure that a competent person appointed by the person under section 177 gives workers instruction in relation to the dive plan before commencing the diving work to which the plan relates.
