21A Establishing a health and safety committee—major construction project—Act, s 75 (1) (b)
(1)
This section applies in relation to a major construction project.
(2)
The principal contractor for the major construction project must establish a health and safety committee for the project.
(3)
The health and safety committee must be established within 2 months after the day work on the major construction project commences.
