408 Duty to ensure health monitoring is supervised by registered medical practitioner with relevant experience
A person conducting a business or undertaking must ensure that the health monitoring of a worker referred to in this division is carried out by, or under the supervision of, a registered medical practitioner with experience in health monitoring.
Maximum penalty: tier E monetary penalty.
Note Strict liability applies to each physical element of each offence under this regulation, unless otherwise stated (see s 6A).
The person must consult the worker in relation to the selection of the registered medical practitioner.
