100 Employer’s personal injury plan obligations
(1)
The employer must take part and cooperate in the establishment of a personal injury plan for the injured worker.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2)
The employer must comply with the reasonable obligations imposed on the employer under the personal injury plan.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(3)
This section does not apply if the employer is a licensed self-insurer.
(4)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
