145S Failing to hold a self-insurer licence
(1)
A person commits an offence if the person—
(a)
is an employer; and
(b)
is not—
(i)
the holder of a compulsory insurance policy with a licensed insurer; or
(ii)
a prescribed employer that employs only prescribed workers; and
(c)
fails to hold a self-insurer licence.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(2)
A person commits an offence if the person—
(a)
is an employer; and
(b)
the person falsely represents that the person holds a self-insurer licence.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
