164B When regulatory action may be taken
The regulator may take regulatory action against a licensee only if satisfied on reasonable grounds that the licensee—
used false or misleading information to obtain the licence; or
contravened a condition of the licence; or
failed to give the Minister information requested under section 164 (2); or
failed to comply with a provision of this Act; or
no longer meets the criteria under section 145D (Issue of insurer licence) or section 145O (Issue of self-insurer licence) to hold the licence; or
has contravened—
a workers compensation law; or
a law prescribed by regulation.
