179 Regulations to allow Minister to authorise people
A regulation may—
(a)
allow the Minister to authorise people with accounting or auditing skills to examine records of wage estimates, evidence supporting wage estimates and records of wages paid; and
(b)
prescribe the circumstances in which the people authorised may enter premises to examine the records.
