209 References to Workers’ Compensation Act etc
In any Act, statutory instrument or document—
(a)
a reference to the Workers’ Compensation Act 1951 or the Workers Compensation Supplementation Fund Act 1980 is a reference to this Act; and
(b)
a reference to the nominal insurer is a reference to the DI fund manager; and
(c)
a reference to the workers compensation supplementation fund is a reference to the DI fund.
