72 Second assessments
(1)
This section applies if the worker receives medical treatment and claims the cost of it from the employer under this part.
(2)
The employer may, in consultation with the doctor or other person providing the treatment, and before making a payment under this part, require the worker to be assessed by a doctor, or other person, chosen by the employer.
