9 Establishment of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land and Sea Future Fund
(1)
The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land and Sea Future Fund is established by this section.
(2)
The Fund consists of:
(a)
the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land and Sea Future Fund Special Account; and
(b)
the investments of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land and Sea Future Fund.
