Boeing SB 747-54-2062 Rev. 7 refers.
As specified in the Requirement Document with a revised effective date of 4 January 1996.
A number of operators reported cracked fittings found in service. Amendment 1 reflected the revision status of SB 54-2062 which allowed terminating action including installation of a cover plate to seal a gap in the web. Amendment 2 is issued in response to reports of cracking and severing of the attach fittings. This amendment expands the applicability and requires an additional inspection.
