Inspection of affected in-service aircraft revealed an incidence of cracking of the cabin seats that did not have Beech Kit 303-307 incorporated.
This cracking was around the welded-in bushings, through which the bearing shafts are bolted to the frame, to retain the seat frame and belted occupant.
