Model OA7 Optica aircraft.

Action in accordance with FLS Aerospace Service Bulletin OA7/SB/0040.

UK CAA AD 010-03-94 refers.

At the next 50 hour inspection after 23 June 1994, and thereafter at every subsequent 50 hour inspection.

The UK CAA requires a periodic inspection of the engine pod mounting feet, and replacement of any mounting foot found to contain a crack.
