1. Modify the horizontal stabiliser aft spar attach fitting installation and the horizontal stabiliser upper and lower skins in accordance with the Accomplishment Instructions section of Fairchild Service Bulletin (SB) 226-55-010, Revised December 13 1991 or Fairchild SB 227-55-006, Revised January 20 1993, as applicable.
2. Visually inspect the radius area of the rib splice strap for cracks in accordance with Figure 2 of Fairchild SB 226-55-010, Revised December 13 1991 or Figure 3 of Fairchild SB 227-55-006, Revised January 20 1993, as applicable.
