67 Registrar to make determinations
(1)
On a reference under this Part, the Registrar must determine the amount payable.
(2)
The determination may include orders as to the costs of and incidental to the reference.
(3)
The Registrar must cause a copy of the determination to be given to each of the parties.
(4)
A determination under this rule has effect as if it were a judgment of the court in the proceeding.
