(subrule 54(2)) (Title)

BAIL BOND

1. I/We⁶, ¹, submit to the jurisdiction of the court.

2. I/We⁶ consent that if ²,³, does not/do not⁶ satisfy any judgment in this proceeding⁴, then execution may issue against me/us⁶ for a sum not exceeding $ ⁵.

1. insert name, address and occupation of surety

2. insert names of all parties for whom bail is to be given

3. insert plaintiff/s or defendant/s

4. delete if bail is for costs or expenses only

5. insert amount

6. strike out whichever is not applicable
