47 Effect of exemptions
This Part does not make it unlawful for:
(a)
a person who has been granted an exemption from a provision of Division 2 or 3; or
(b)
a person in the employment or under the direction or control of a person who has been granted such an exemption;
to do an act in accordance with the provisions of the instrument by which the exemption was granted.
