114 Notice of decision to register or renew
This section applies if the Commissioner:
decides under subsection 105(1) to register an entity as a registered provider; or
decides under subsection 108(1) to renew an entity’s registration as a registered provider, or to register the provider in any other provider registration categories.
The Commissioner must, within 14 days after the day the decision is made:
give the entity written notice of the decision; and
record or update the details of the entity’s registration on the Provider Register.
The notice must include:
details of the decision, including each provider registration category that the Commissioner has decided to register, or renew the registration of, the entity in; and
the reasons for the decision; and
the registration period; and
the conditions to which the registration is subject under section 142; and
the conditions (if any) to which the registration is subject under section 143; and
any other matter prescribed by the rules.
If the Commissioner decides to not register the entity in all the provider registration categories specified in the entity’s application, the Commissioner must also give a notice of refusal under section 122.
