119 Approval period
The approval period for an approved residential care home is the period that:
(a)
starts on the day the decision is made to approve the home in relation to a registered provider under subsection 112(1); and
(b)
ends at:
(i)
if subparagraph (ii) does not apply—the end of the day on which the home is no longer covered by the registration of any registered provider; or
(ii)
if the approval is revoked—the end of the day on which the approval is revoked.
