128 Notice of decision not to vary
(1)
If the Commissioner decides under subsection 124(1) not to vary the registration of a registered provider, the Commissioner must give notice of the decision to the provider within 14 days after the day the decision is made.
(2)
The notice must include:
(a)
details of the decision; and
(b)
the reasons for the decision; and
(c)
how the registered provider may apply for reconsideration of the decision.
