148 Delivery of funded aged care services
It is a condition of registration that a registered provider of a kind prescribed by the rules must:
deliver funded aged care services in accordance with any applicable requirements prescribed by the rules; and
maintain and manage any residential care homes in accordance with any applicable requirements prescribed by the rules; and
have an agreement with each individual accessing funded aged care services (a service agreement) in accordance with any applicable requirements prescribed by the rules; and
deliver funded aged care services to each individual in accordance with that agreement; and
have a plan about the delivery of funded aged care services to an individual (a care and services plan) for each individual accessing funded aged care services in accordance with any applicable requirements prescribed by the rules; and
deliver funded aged care services:
in accordance with the description of each service in the list of services prescribed by the rules for the purposes of subsection 8(1); and
for a funded aged care service delivered through the residential care service group—in an approved residential care home.
