155 Provision of information to individuals
It is a condition of registration that a registered provider must provide and explain records and information of a kind prescribed by the rules to individuals accessing, or seeking to access, funded aged care services, in accordance with any requirements prescribed by the rules.
Information or documents may also be required to be given to a supporter of an individual: see section 29.
It is a condition of registration that a registered provider of a kind prescribed by the rules must:
allow and facilitate access by an individual to whom the registered provider delivers funded aged care services to records and information (including personal information) held by the registered provider about the individual; and
do so in accordance with any requirements prescribed by the rules.
