199 The compensation payment reduction for person‑centred subsidy
For the purposes of paragraph 198(a), a compensation payment reduction for person‑centred subsidy applies to an individual for a day if circumstances prescribed by the rules apply.
The amount of the compensation payment reduction for person‑centred subsidy for the individual for the day is the amount prescribed by the rules.
Without limiting subsection (1), circumstances prescribed by the rules for the purposes of that subsection may include that the System Governor has made a determination about particular matters.
A determination made by the System Governor under rules made for the purposes of subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
