229 Base rates
(1)
The base rate for an individual for a classification type for the service group residential care for a day is the amount prescribed by the rules.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the rules may prescribe different amounts based on any one or more of the following:
(a)
the classification level of an individual for the classification type;
(b)
whether the classification type is ongoing or short‑term;
(c)
whether an individual is on leave from an approved residential care home and the type of that leave.
