333 Varying or revoking asset determination on application
(1)
An application by an individual for the purposes of paragraph 331(2)(b) must be in the approved form.
(2)
The System Governor must:
(a)
consider an application made in accordance with subsection (1) and any further information given in accordance with a request under section 588; and
(b)
make a decision on the application within the period specified in the rules.
