344 Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission
The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is established by this section.
For the purposes of the finance law (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013):
the Commission is a listed entity; and
the Commissioner is the accountable authority of the Commission; and
the following persons are officials of the Commission:
the Commissioner;
the Complaints Commissioner;
the staff of the Commission;
persons assisting the Commission referred to in section 370;
consultants engaged under section 371; and
the purposes of the Commission include:
the functions of the Commission referred to in section 346; and
the functions of the Commissioner referred to in section 348; and
the functions of the Complaints Commissioner referred to in section 357.
