389 Leave of absence
(1)
The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chair or the Deputy Chair on the terms and conditions that the Minister determines.
(2)
The Chair may grant leave of absence to another Advisory Council member (other than the Deputy Chair) on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
