40 Content of notice of registration
(1)
For the purposes of section 39, the information to be included in a notice given under that section is as follows:
(a)
the name and contact details of the supporter registered in relation to an individual;
(b)
the reasons for the decision to register the supporter;
(c)
how a person may apply for reconsideration of that decision.
(2)
The notice may specify the following:
(a)
that the registration takes effect on a specified day;
(b)
that the registration remains in effect until a specified day.
Note:
A specified day could be the day a specified event occurs.
