413 Related provisions, issuing officer and relevant court
For the purposes of Part 3 of the Regulatory Powers Act, as that Part applies in relation to evidential material that relates to a provision mentioned in section 412 of this Act:
there are no related provisions; and
each of the following is an issuing officer:
a magistrate;
a Judge of a court of a State or Territory;
a Judge of the Federal Court or the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2); and
each of the following is a relevant court:
the Federal Court;
the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2);
a court of a State or Territory that has jurisdiction in relation to matters arising under this Act.
