420 Additional investigation powers
The additional powers mentioned in Part 5 of this Chapter are taken to be included in the investigation powers under Part 3 of the Regulatory Powers Act, as Part 3 of that Act applies in relation to evidential material that relates to a provision mentioned in section 412 of this Act.
