466 Enforceable provisions
The following provisions are enforceable under Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers Act:
(a)
a provision of Part 4 of Chapter 3 of this Act (obligations of registered providers);
(b)
a provision of the rules made for the purposes of a provision mentioned in paragraph (a).
Note:
Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers Act creates a framework for using injunctions to enforce provisions.
