481 Commissioner may give compliance notices relating to Commissioner’s functions
The Commissioner may give a registered provider a written notice (a compliance notice) if:
(a)
the Commissioner:
(i)
is satisfied that the provider has not complied, or is not complying, with this Act; or
(ii)
is aware of information that suggests that the provider may not have complied, or may not be complying, with this Act; and
(b)
the non‑compliance or possible non‑compliance relates to a matter that relates to the Commissioner’s functions.
